Role Purpose:
Lead and coordinate the Regional Marketing Managers to ensure the successful planning, execution, and performance of in-store events across all regions. Drive consistency, quality, and commercial impact of all local activations, aligned with the overall marketing and commercial strategy.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee all in-store event initiatives across regions, ensuring consistency with the commercial calendar and priorities.
- Define and drive the overall rhythm of in-store activations, including retroplanning, key milestones, and timing alignment with central campaigns.
- Supervise and support Regional Marketing Managers in the end-to-end delivery of events (from briefing to execution and post-event analysis).
- Ensure best-in-class execution of in-store events, including customer experience, alignment, and operational excellence.
- Recommend the right event strategy and cadence to support commercial objectives, footfall generation, and frequency drivers.
- Consolidate regional needs and translate them into clear, actionable plans and priorities.
- Lead key event initiatives directly when required (flagship activations, high-impact campaigns).
- Ensure proper briefing and coordination with internal stakeholders (Stores, Content Factory, CRM, PR, Media, Visual Merchandising).
- Oversee event-related materials, including coordination of suppliers, agencies, and logistics (pre- and post-production).
- Monitor budgets related to in-store events and ensure cost efficiency and ROI.
- Track, analyze, and report on event performance, including learnings and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ensure strong alignment and collaboration with central Marketing teams to maximize impact across channels.
Profile & Skills:
- Strong experience in marketing, with a focus on retail and in-store activations/events
- Proven team management and leadership experience
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Deep understanding of retail dynamics and customer journey in-store
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable, operational plans
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
