- Experience in retail food communication, with the ability to develop and execute communication strategies across all touchpoints and stages of the customer journey.
- Leading Marketing campaign initiatives, from Kick-off to Debriefing of initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure consistent 360 messaging.
- Monitor and track marketing spending to ensure alignment with approved budgets.
Skills:
- Conceptual and analytical skills to review results and improve over time.
- Strong ability to manage project timelines and escalate quickly when barriers are encountered.
- Ability to adjust to new contexts, work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities.
- Strong collaboration with all multifunctional partners, including coordination & alignment of key stakeholders.
- Passion for retail and/or consumer goods.
