Leading Marketing campaign initiatives, from Kick-off to Debriefing of initiatives. Creation of a detailed planning - including coordination with relevant stakeholders. Lead of relevant briefings to internal and external entities (from creative briefing to VM briefings) Overall collaboration, coordination & alignment of key stakeholders. Organization and realization of marketing communication material. End to end ownership of short term, tactical promotions. Monitor and track budget spendings to ensure alignment. Skills: Proficiency in German as well as English Strong ability to manage project timelines and escalate quickly when barriers are encountered. Strong organization and multitasking skills Ability to adjust to new contexts, work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities. Strong collaboration skills. Passion for retail and/or consumer goods.
