Project Leader Marketing 50%

- Leadership of marketing campaign initiatives, from Kick-off to Debriefing. - Creation and ownership of a detailed planning and milestones - including coordination with relevant stakeholders. - Lead of relevant briefings (merch units, content factory, agencies). - Overall collaboration, coordination & alignment of key stakeholders. - Organization of all initiative material production. - End to end ownership of marketing initiatives (including proper budget allocation, retro-planning etc.) Skills: - Conceptual and analytical skills to review results and improve over time. - Strong ability to manage project timelines and escalate quickly when barriers are encountered. - Ability to adjust to new contexts, work under time pressure and balance multiple priorities. - Strong collaboration skills. - Passion for retail and/or consumer goods. - Langiages capabilities in German, French & English.
