Strong business acumen with proven experience in P&L ownership, sales & margin optimization, and budget planning
Excellent analytical skills: ability to interpret complex data (sales, margin, stock, CRM, CLTV) and transform insights into actionable plans
Deep understanding of assortment planning, category strategy and lifecycle management (wholesale, e-consignment, commission models)
Knowledge of pricing, promotion, and retail media ROI optimization
Ability to drive conversion rate improvement and customer journey optimization
E-commerce & Technical Expertise
Solid experience in digital commerce, online merchandising, and onsite experience optimization
Familiarity with UX best practices, onsite search/navigation, and conversion funnel tracking
Good understanding of digital marketing levers (CRM, SEA, SEO, affiliates, push notifications, social media) and their role in driving traffic and conversion
Understanding of stock and supply chain processes, from product onboarding to end-of-life and liquidation
Proficiency in analytics and e-commerce performance tools (BI dashboards, GA4)
